The specialists of the center have developed a quality control system for all procedures performed in the clinic. Since 2018, Serta Clinic LLC has undergone annual audits in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the clinical center have been implemented. The clinic’s team regularly undergoes internal and external training to enhance their professional skills. Continuous monitoring of work quality is carried out, along with skill improvement and, when necessary, timely implementation of corrective actions.
The well-established quality system in the clinical center ensures accurate and comprehensive data collection in clinical trials and minimizes potential risks for volunteers and patients participating in clinical studies. The selection of suppliers is based on the results of external audits.
